As Electric Mirror’s Residential Inside Sales Manager, my job is to support our dealers from our office headquarters in Everett, Washington, by phone and email. But, on October 12th and 13th I had the privilege of traveling to Dallas with our National Sales Manager, Stephen LaMachia, to visit several showrooms, owners, and designers.

On Monday the 12th, our fantastic rep, Dennis Hunt with Premier Sales, brought us first to Pierce Hardware for a PK (Product Knowledge) training. Next we visited Hidell Hardware, TKO, and Ferguson.

On Tuesday the 13th, we started with a training at Rick’s Hardware, then visited Morrison, Westside Kitchen and Bath, Nobhill, Elegant Additions, and Pirch. It was a great joy to put faces with the names of the great people that I’ve been working with by phone and email, and it was great to see Electric Mirror products beautifully displayed in all of those elegant showrooms.

Next, from the 15th to the 17th we manned our booth at the annual CEDIA convention, which was also in Dallas this year. At CEDIA (Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association), we unveiled our new booth and showed several products including, Boutique Wardrobe Mirror, Electric Mirror Kitchen TV, and Visionary Mirrored Cabinet.

We also showed our newest technologies, including our revolutionary custom laser etching, direct replacement T5 LED tubes – Safer, Brighter, and Smarter, and Keen – Dimming, Night Light, and Energy Savings with a Touch. Hundreds of people swarmed the booth, making the event, and the week a great success.
