Four Seasons celebrated the brand’s fiftieth birthday by re-opening their iconic Four Seasons London at Park Lane with a mixture of old-world luxury and modern amenities, including mirror TVs.

The Four Seasons London at Park Lane takes an old classic and makes it a new classic.

In 1970, Four Seasons Hotels opened their European flagship hotel in the famous and historic Mayfair District in London. Located in close proximity with other old-world luxury hotels, the Four Seasons Inn on the Park was intended to compete with the elite hotels surrounding Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey—and it did. Forty-one years after the opening of the hotel, and after an extensive renovation, the doors opened to the brand new Four Seasons London at Park Lane featuring Electric Mirror’s mirror TVs in all 192 of the rooms.

Despite it’s location on the same site as the Inn on the Park, London at Park Lane is an entirely new build. The total renovation closed the doors of the hotel for two years. With the building itself designed by renowned ReardonSmith Architects, and the interiors largely designed by the famed Pierre-Yves Rochon, it is impossible to ignore the stunning design of the hotel. Hearkening back to the glitzy-luxurious design of the 1930s, but maintaining every luxury of the modern age, the hotel is welcoming to a broad spectrum guests.

With the Mayfair District location and the on-site amenities guests can choose between adventuring out on Park Lane to shop and visit numerous historic locations, or staying in to experience the luxury spa and the unique choices in the Amaranto restaurant. The spa is set on the top-most floor of the hotel with unrivaled views of the surrounding areas. Amaranto was designed to allow guests to choose when and where they want to dine, without restrictions on seating or menus.

Electric Mirror’s Stanford™ mirror TVs are featured in the 147 guestrooms. Loft™ mirror TVs are displayed in the forty-five one, two and three-room suites adding modern tech flare to the classic luxury.

While there are numerous sights to see in the Mayfair District and on Park Lane, a visit in London may be in order just to visit the brand new, yet historic Four Seasons London at Park Lane.
