121 121 Terms and Conditions All pricing, terms, and conditions apply to the most current Electric Mirror Retail Price Guide. Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice. Updated price lists supersede all other price lists. LEAD TIME The typical lead time for standard in-stock items is one week*, or four to six weeks for standard items not in stock. The lead time for custom items is eight to ten weeks. An expedited lead time may be available for a 15% expediting fee. SHIPPING FOB Destination. See page 118 for Shipping and Handling Information. Freight rates are subject to change without notice. Electric Mirror reserves the right to determine the size category applicable to any particular order. RETURN POLICY All stock products that have been kept in the original packaging and are in undamaged and saleable condition may be returned to Electric Mirror within 90 days of delivery for a credit based on the original invoice, less a 25% restocking fee and the original freight costs. All returns must first be approved by Electric Mirror, and include a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) on the return package. STORAGE CHARGE Storage charges will be assessed on all products that are ready to ship but are being held at your request. SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY Electric Mirror will replace any of its products damaged in transit if notified within 15 business days of receiving shipment if shipment was through one of Electric Mirror's own carriers. Notification of damaged goods must include a description of the damaged goods, as well as pictures that show the damage in the packaging. Thoroughly inspect the packaging and product as soon as it arrives. You must not install the product before taking photos of the damage. See page 118 for additional information. WARRANTY For complete warranty terms, conditions, and details, go to electricmirror.com/warranty. CLAIMS Claims under the Electric Mirror warranty should be made through the dealer. After the dealer contacts Electric Mirror and receives an RMA#, you must promptly return the product, at your expense, to Electric Mirror after receiving instructions as to when and where to ship the product.
