Faith, Family and Future – Expressions Blog

By Faith Mischel

I’ve been part of Electric Mirror since we started the company out of our garage and have seen it, and been part of nurturing it, to the nearly 400 employees we are honored to work with today.

The vision that we originally had for Electric Mirror is what it has become – manufacturing in the United States, close knit family of employees, magnet for a positive impact in the community, luxury products with quality craftsmanship, worldwide installations, and more.

For me, as a mother and wife, it is the most fulfilling thing to have my sons, daughters, and husband all working together under one roof, in unity, with one goal.

Not only are we a family owned and operated business, but we have many families working here. This makes Electric Mirror a unique place to be. Faith, family, and a future together!

Another thing that I love about our company is that we’ve striven to create a positive, upbeat, open, and fun culture. Some guiding principles are, “A gentle answer turns away wrath,” “Don’t hold grudges,” “Dream big,” “Have fun,” “Never give up,” and “Be inspired to reach your highest potential.” We want employees to grow. We want them to be heard and feel empowered. We want them to work in an environment where their problem solving skills are rewarded. We want managers to lead with encouragement and love.

Those wants, hopes, and principles are working out well, and as we hold to them, I see Electric Mirror continuing to grow, innovate, and better serve our customers worldwide.
