Lights and Mirrors Inspiration Sweepstakes Rules
PRIZES
One Grand Prize trip for two to Paris will be awarded at the conclusion of the contest. Grand Prize includes round trip airfare from any major commercial airport worldwide to Paris, three nights’ accommodations in a beautiful mirrored Chambre Studio Room at the legendary Le Royal Monceau Raffles hotel, plus a $100 gift card for admission to the Palace of Versailles to experience the stunning, legendary Hall of Mirrors. If desired, winner can choose to extend the number of nights in Paris at their expense. Winner can also choose to receive cash in lieu of trip; cash value of trip to be disclosed to winner upon request.
Three additional prizes of Electric Mirror lighted mirrors will be awarded during the contest. Prizes include a 24” x 36” Integrity™ lighted mirror, a 21” x 30” Eternity™ lighted mirror, and a 23” x 34” Radiance™ lighted mirror. Electric Mirror reserves the right to substitute different models and/or sizes of lighted mirrors with equal value without notice. Winner is responsible for installation of mirror. Winners can also choose to receive cash in lieu of lighted mirrors; cash value of lighted mirrors to be disclosed to winners upon request.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to adults 21 and older, worldwide, whose current and active profession is in an industry or for a business that utilizes or can potentially utilize Electric Mirror products. This includes owners, owners reps and operators; designers and architects; specifiers and purchasers; dealers; and contractors, builders, and installers in the Hospitality, Commercial, Healthcare, Senior Living, Multi-Family, and Residential channels.
Employees of Electric Mirror and their immediate family members, sales professionals associated with Electric Mirror, employees of other lighted mirror and mirror technology companies, and employees of manufacturing companies are not eligible to enter.
ENTRY CRITERIA
Winners will be notified by email. Therefore, to be eligible, Contestants must provide email address by either completing this form, or by providing their email address at the Electric Mirror booth at any tradeshow in which Electric Mirror participates, from May 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
Contest ends at 11:59 pm, PST, December 31, 2019.
Winners we be chosen at random from all eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering this Contest, Contestant acknowledges and agrees:
That they are 21 or older, and actively employed in an industry or for a business that utilizes or can potentially utilize Electric Mirror products. This includes owners, owners reps and operators; designers and architects; specifiers and purchasers; dealers; and contractors, builders, and installers in the Hospitality, Commercial, Healthcare, Senior Living, Multi-Family, and Residential channels.
That it is not Electric Mirror’s responsibility to ensure their entry is qualified and properly submitted.
That if they do not meet Contestant and Contest criteria they are subject to disqualification.
That they will abide by all Terms and Conditions of this Contest.
That any details not specifically addressed in these rules are subject to the sole discretion of Electric Mirror.
That they will be notified via email if they win.
That they may receive occasional email communications from Electric Mirror that provide useful information and interesting ideas related to their profession.
That they are granting Electric Mirror the right to publish, promote, and otherwise use their name and likeness without further permission, notice, or compensation, including but not limited to all Electric Mirror marketing materials and publications.
That incidental travel fees, including but not limited to items such as passports, seat upgrades, baggage fees, hotel incidentals, etc. are the sole responsibility of the trip winner.
That Electric Mirror is not responsible if the trip to Paris, once scheduled, can not be completed due to issues outside of Electric Mirror’s control. Examples include but are not limited to Contestant issues, acts of God, etc. Electric Mirror recommends trip winner purchases trip insurance, but does not warrant the coverage of any such insurance.
