Electric Mirror Terms and Conditions

All pricing and terms and conditions from Electric Mirror apply to the quotes created by our team of Account Managers and Project Coordinators. Quotes are time sensitive and upon expiration, the pricing and product availability is subject to change without notice.

Lead Time

Commercial orders: The lead time for standard items is typically eight to ten weeks upon receipt of deposit and approvals.

Residential orders: The lead time for standard in-stock items is one week and typically four to six weeks for standard out-of-stock items. Lead time for some upgrade options is typically eight to ten weeks.

Lead time for custom work may exceed those time frames and will vary based on the scope of work and where production factors permit. Upon request, a quote for an expedited lead time may be available.

Shipping

Electric Mirror uses a variety of shippers and often creates custom made crates to protect products being delivered to customers. Freight rates will be estimated prior to orders being accepted.

For residential orders: FOB Destination. Electric Mirror reserves the right to determine the size category applicable to any particular order. Freight rates are subject to change at any time without notice.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns and no refunds for quantities larger than three. In a quantity of three or less, only stock products that have been kept in the original packaging, have not been installed, and are in good, undamaged and saleable condition may be returned to Electric Mirror within 90 days of delivery for a credit based on the original invoice, less a 25% restocking fee and the original freight costs. An RMA number must be assigned by Electric Mirror before an item is returned.

Storage Charges

Storage charges will be assessed on all products that are ready to ship but are being held upon client’s request.

Shipping Damage Claim Policy

Inspect all merchandise within five business days of receipt and take photos of any damage to products while they are still in their packaging. If you purchased directly from Electric Mirror, then make your claim directly to Electric Mirror using the contact info on the Electric Mirror website or through your Account Manager. If you purchased directly through a dealer, then make your claim via your dealer. Photos of products that have been installed cannot be accepted by Electric Mirror as a damaged product.

General Standards and Specifications

All mirrors by Electric Mirror will meet or exceed ASTM C1503-08 with a 24″ blemish intensity.
